Apart from POEM I'm a ashtanga practitioner.
Ashtanga is a dynamic form of Hatha yoga.
I've started ashtanga after 7 years of practicing yoga.
In ashtanga series, there're a lot of challenge postures.
Primary series focus on floor postures, stretching our hamstrings.
Mostly yoga practitioners can develop thier hams flexibility prior
to any other parts of the body, but this is not for me,
I think my hamstrings will be the last thing I can work through.
After all, some stiffness makes me enjoy my practice.
Cause if I can do it all, there won't be any class i will go for.
